Original Design March 2024.
The Flightdeck™© is a handcrafted, two-tiered tasting flight board designed and built by Timothy Leavitt. The design emphasizes stability, balance, and an elegant presentation, using clean geometry and a floating-deck structure that holds tasting glasses securely while providing a comfortable, ergonomic handle.
Each one is built individually, can vary in size and variations exist in wood species, engraving, and layout — but the core structural design remains the same.
This handcrafted tray holds six Mason brand flight glasses and adds a little ceremony to your sipping. Whether you're lining up a backyard brew session or curating a taproom tasting, it makes the experience feel intentional without taking itself too seriously.
Chalkboard-painted edges let you label each pour on the fly, and there's a built-in cubby to stash your chalk so you're not scrambling mid-flight. Custom engraving available for those who want to make it personal.
It’s not mass-produced. It’s not overbuilt. It’s just right for folks who want their beer flights to feel a little more memorable.
The Flightdeck™ can be built in several formats:
4-Glass Flightdeck™©
6-Glass Flightdeck™©
8-Glass Flightdeck™©
All versions use the same underlying structural design — same floating deck, same engineered mortise layout, and same functional geometry — scaled appropriately for the number of glasses.
