Not everything is wood. Sometimes it’s a jersey—and sometimes it’s a surprise.

It started with onesies for Christie’s new granddaughter—playful, personalized, and filled with love. From that first commission came a new request: Christie wanted to outfit her daughter’s softball team with custom hoodies. The quote she'd received from a local shop was more than the girls could afford, so she came to 3DW.

The team had already designed the hoodies—they knew exactly what they wanted. Christie provided the blanks, and I brought their vision to life with custom vinyl application for each player. Names, numbers, and front layouts matched their original design, turning a dream into wearable reality. And while Mom hadn’t expected one, she got her own jersey too—a heartfelt surprise from the shop that helped make it happen.

This build reminds me that whether it’s wood, vinyl, fabric, or heart—it’s all part of the craft.
